Dr. Neeti K Sanan
Neeti’s academic research includes areas related to her doctoral thesis on financial disclosures and corporate governance; women directors on corporate boards and corporate social responsibility. She partnered in a study on India’s Best Companies for CSR and Sustainability which was featured in Economic Times for three successive years. She has been involved in understanding gender bias in engineering in India, an ongoing project of the Society for Women Engineers and Centre for Work Life, Hastings College of the Law. Neeti obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1995. She started her career with American Express Bank where she handled assignments in trade finance and credit disbursal. She also handled currency trading while at the Treasury department in Amex.
Ex-Global Head, Capital Markets ICICI. Over 33 years of experience in fund raising on a global scale and advisory for financial structuring.
Ashok started with Unilever, spent 19 years, working on the foods and personal care side of the business in various sales, marketing and general management roles. He was the Vice President and Business Head – Skincare for Unilever in India, before moving as the CEO of ABP News Network Pvt. Ltd. He then moved to Zee Media, handling all the news assets of the group across print, TV and digital.
He brings in strong expertise in sales and marketing, strategy planning, incubating new businesses, organic business growth, brand migration and master brand management, Risk mitigation, cost and change management, stake holder management and Team/Leadership development.
Ashok brings in all his expertise from his Unilever experience in building great brands and marketing programs. He launched the entire foray of Unilever into premium skincare and was responsible for migrating HLL to HUL. He was also responsible for migrating Star News to ABP News seamlessly. He is recognised for building businesses and creating shareholder value.
He has also featured twice in the World CMO Council’s list of India’s 75 top marketers. is a regular speaker in media forums nationally and internationally. He has served on industry body boards for many years and is recognised as a senior professional who has helped the industry navigate and overcome issues through collaborations. Ashok is a B. Tech from Bombay University and has done his management post-graduation from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School

He is an ace in combining technology tools and training to quickly build competences within client teams for effective digital transformation.
Venkatesh Babu Ramanathan
An alumnus of IIM-A, Venkatesh has over 22 years of leadership experience in sales & marketing with HUL & Unilever.
He has worked in categories like Fabric Cleaning, Fabric Conditioners, Hair Care, Water and Air Purification. Working across disciplines of sales and marketing Venkatesh has demonstrated excellence in brand management, communication development, brand migration, new product and new category entries, market development, new category launches and sales & distribution.
Having worked across markets in South Asia, South East Asia and China he has experience with diverse consumer and cultural contexts.
Leveraging his experience and well-informed perspectives, Venkatesh enjoys develop creative solutions to challenges in sales and marketing and business strategy.
Neha is an accomplished marketing professional with 18-yrs of experience in developing and managing brand experiences that help & improve the business bottom line. She excels in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving and follow-through capabilities combined with the ability to manage and motivate cohesive teams that achieve results. She has a sound understanding on brand activations and has managed both brand-driven shows at national as well as international levels.
Her experience in media spans through digital, print, radio and television. She has worked with brands including ZEE News, WION, ABP News, ABP Asmita, ABP, BusinessWorld, FortuneIndia and exchange4media.
