K R Chandrasekaran

Chandra (KR Chandrasekaran) comes with over 34 years of senior management experience across industries and market segments, with a mix of experience in established and early – stage businesses; his last full time role was as President of TI Cycles of India. He has previously worked in organizations such as Unilever, CAMS, Polaris Software, Sify and Funskool and has had many years of CXO experience in Profit Centre Management, Operations, Branding & Marketing, Sales, Distribution and Channel Management.

Chandra now splits his time between social impact work (helping Aishwarya Trust, a NGO engaged in supporting children born with CHD) and freelance consulting. He is a mechanical engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai with a post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) from IIM Calcutta.


Dr. Neeti K Sanan

Neeti’s academic research includes areas related to her doctoral thesis on financial disclosures and corporate governance; women directors on corporate boards and corporate social responsibility. She partnered in a study on India’s Best Companies for CSR and Sustainability which was featured in Economic Times for three successive years. She has been involved in understanding gender bias in engineering in India, an ongoing project of the Society for Women Engineers and Centre for Work Life, Hastings College of the Law. Neeti obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1995. She started her career with American Express Bank where she handled assignments in trade finance and credit disbursal. She also handled currency trading while at the Treasury department in Amex.


Amit Ray

Amit is a rare strategic mind who has guided many business organizations to commercial success with his ability of lateral thinking to come up with multiple strategic options. He has a very successful working career of 30 years, twenty of which were spent as an employee at reputed Advertising agencies JWT, Lowe Lintas, McCann and Mudra, at corporations like Reliance Industries Ltd and Broadcasters like BAG Network. In addition, he also served the industry as Chairman of Technical Committee at MRUC, an Industry body which publishes IRS, the largest syndicated research in India from 1997 to 2011. He continues to play pivotal roles in many industries including Broadcasting, Publishing, Advertising, Telecom, Diversified corporate and Research. Amit advises several FMCG and media companies on innovation, growth, and go-to-market issues, including recurring-revenue-business-model transitions, channel strategy, pricing, and customer success.

Ex-Global Head, Capital Markets ICICI. Over 33 years of experience in fund raising on a global scale and advisory for financial structuring.

Ashok Venkatramani

Ashok started with Unilever, spent 19 years, working on the foods and personal care side of the business in various sales, marketing and general management roles. He was the Vice President and Business Head – Skincare for Unilever in India, before moving as the CEO of ABP News Network Pvt. Ltd. He then moved to Zee Media, handling all the news assets of the group across print, TV and digital.
He brings in strong expertise in sales and marketing, strategy planning, incubating new businesses, organic business growth, brand migration and master brand management, Risk mitigation, cost and change management, stake holder management and Team/Leadership development.

Ashok brings in all his expertise from his Unilever experience in building great brands and marketing programs. He launched the entire foray of Unilever into premium skincare and was responsible for migrating HLL to HUL. He was also responsible for migrating Star News to ABP News seamlessly. He is recognised for building businesses and creating shareholder value.

He has also featured twice in the World CMO Council’s list of India’s 75 top marketers. is a regular speaker in media forums nationally and internationally. He has served on industry body boards for many years and is recognised as a senior professional who has helped the industry navigate and overcome issues through collaborations. Ashok is a B. Tech from Bombay University and has done his management post-graduation from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School

Soumitra Sen

Soumitra has broad-based leadership experience across Asia Pacific, India, Middle East & Africa markets. Having worked in top global organisations like Unilever, P&G, The Gillette Company, GSK and IMRB International, he has deep category insights gained from stewarding blue-chip brands like Tide, Ariel, Duracell, Braun, Walls, Downy, Febreze, Joy, Panadol, Niquitin, Eno, Kissan and Bru.

Currently a member of the Asia Pacific Advisory Board of the CMO Council, He has served on global and regional category leadership teams at The Gillette Company, P&G and GSK, and has been recognised at a global level for best in class marketing execution and sustained business results. He has valuable experience in setting up and breaking-even on new businesses, including scaling up start-ups. An early mover into digital marketing, e-commerce, and big data analytics, he is now involved in developing digital transformation strategies for growth.

Having begun his career in research & consultancy, he is a big believer in leveraging analytics and business intelligence to achieve strategic enterprise goals, while executing functional strategies with excellence

Neeraj Sanan

Neeraj is an executional consultant with twenty-five years of experience in marketing, tech and media. He works closely with CEOs and investors to provide them quantifiable go-to-market strategies for building business with long term, sustained, accelerated growth. Drawing on a deep understanding of category economics, he brings ROI focus to business activities. An astute marketer, Neeraj experience of launching new brands, brand migration, analytics, multimedia campaigns, EDM and digital marketing. He is an ace in combining technology tools and training to quickly build competences within client teams for effective digital transformation. 

Roshan Vidyasagar

Roshan Vidyasagar has been a pioneer in leading and creating strategic partnerships with leading MNC’s and has led in setting up operations in multiple countries driving growth with dedicated front-end Sales, Distribution, Trade and Customer Marketing Execution teams.

He has successfully co-created front end sales and execution operating models with Unilever, Diageo, Samsung, Amazon, TATA’s, Hershey’s, Kellogg’s to name a few in the last decade; leading and building the smart mobile technology application as a key enabler for the globe with the Tech teams. Currently, he is advising and assisting start-ups.

Venkatesh Babu Ramanathan

An alumnus of IIM-A, Venkatesh has over 22 years of leadership experience in sales & marketing with HUL & Unilever.

He has worked in categories like Fabric Cleaning, Fabric Conditioners, Hair Care, Water and Air Purification. Working across disciplines of sales and marketing Venkatesh has demonstrated excellence in brand management, communication development, brand migration, new product and new category entries, market development, new category launches and sales & distribution.

Having worked across markets in South Asia, South East Asia and China he has experience with diverse consumer and cultural contexts.

Leveraging his experience and well-informed perspectives, Venkatesh enjoys develop creative solutions to challenges in sales and marketing and business strategy.

Varun Channa

A Bajaj alumni Varun has over 25 years of experience in marketing & innovation led business growth across India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia. Has worked with Groupe Danone, Grameen Danone & WPP Group (Mindshare & WundermanThompson) and partnered with Unilever, PepsiCo, Philips, Godrej Group, DSP Merrill Lynch & Hindustan Petroleum.

He has category experience is with Dairy, Beverages, Personal Wash, Hair Care, Consumer Electronics &Durables, Telcos, LPG and Adventure Sports.

Varun has worked across the marketing ecosystem of Marketing, Media and Creative and has hands-on experience in category creation, brand turnarounds, product innovations and consumer insights and has an understanding of the Teens, Kids & Mums audience across markets.

Neha Pant

Neha is an accomplished marketing professional with 18-yrs of experience in developing and managing brand experiences that help & improve the business bottom line. She excels in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving and follow-through capabilities combined with the ability to manage and motivate cohesive teams that achieve results. She has a sound understanding on brand activations and has managed both brand-driven shows at national as well as international levels.

Her experience in media spans through digital, print, radio and television. She has worked with brands including ZEE News, WION, ABP News, ABP Asmita, ABP, BusinessWorld, FortuneIndia and exchange4media.

Manuj Kohli

Manuj has extensive experience in print & TV ad sales, strategic planning, business development, client retention, and client relationship management. An out of the box thinker, Manuj has a proven track of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow, and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability, innovatively. 


Career spanning 35+ years across industries like Media, Office Automation, and Yellow Pages. Assignments included Revenue Generation, Profit Centre Operations, and Strategic Planning. Vast experience in Brand launch, Brand consolidation, Growth strategy and Start-up and Turn-around Management. Worked for companies like Godrej & Boyce, UDI Yellow Pages, ABP Group (for 15 years across verticals like Print, TV Broadcast, and Magazines). Have worked across genres like, NEWS, GEC, Music, Movies etc. Also have the experience and knowledge of setting up a MSO, and the dynamics of the cable TV distribution ecosystem.

Sandeep Singla

Sandeep has 25 years of marketingexperience across FMCG, mobiles and Automotive Ancillary Companies, with Nielsen, Colgate, Dabur, Samsung Mobiles, Valvoline Lubricants, Birla Tyres and Creambell Ice creams

He has been instrumental in providing marketing leadership, Advertising campaigns, Brand relaunches and launching new productswith FMCG brands in hair oils, Fruit Juice, Oral care, Dairy& Ice cream, OTC Vitamin Supplements, Mobile Phones.  He started his career in Consumer Research and has a keen eye for spotting implementable Consumer insights.

He started brand pull activities in trade push categories, through on-ground trade marketing,and has championed Digital marketing for last mile connect with sales. Has been instrumental in developing innovative BTL programs to influence brand switch at the retail level.Has implemented large scale Brand Retail Outlet programs  in mobiles and Automotive ancillaries. He has managed stakeholders for implementation of Sales force Automation, and Business analyticstools.

Ashok Ganapathy

At Unilever, Ashok has handled marketing, sales and business roles, across homecare, personal care and foods, in India & S.E. Asia. Subsequently he worked in retail / entertainment sector – grocery retail ( Spencer’s ) and theatrical exhibition ( Reliance Big Cinemas, with presence in India & US ). He then moved to the telecom sector, first in the consumer business, heading the West region and then as the CEO & Director, for the B2B Business, helping companies in their digital transformation journey.
